"Dave carried out the reconstruction of our roof, with the addition of a new rear dormer with windows and door onto a roof terrace. The two existing bedrooms on that floor were fully refurbished with fitted wardrobes added. The work was carried out to a very high standard, for a reasonable cost and with excellent communication. Dave organised several different sub contractors very efficiently and was extremely considerate to our neighbours. The project was finished on time and in time for Christmas! I recommend F Searle Builders 100%."

"Dave and his team installed an air conditioning unit in the bedroom at the top of my house. The room had become unbearably hot in the summer. They put the unit out of sight in and on the roof and put a grille in the ceiling which is hardly noticeable. Now the room is lovely and cool in the summer but can also be heated with the unit in the winter so we no longer have radiators in this room. Really happy with it!"
