I've used Fuller Heating for a few years now, mostly for landlord certificares and general service. They've always been good, so when my boiler became unserviceable, I went with them because their quote was competitive and I knew the quality of service would be good. They did excellent work, very speedy and tidy. The new install looks great and works well. Very polite and competent installer. A good company to use.

Fuller Heating installed a new boiler quickly and efficiently. The installer was helpful at all times and kept me informed as to the progress of the installation. I am delighted with the results.

We had to wait a while for staff availability, but having used Fullers before we knew that they would do a good job. Although the J&S boiler was comparatively new, the ducting dated from the original build (1963) and had decades of accumulated fluff & dust in it. The hot water system was dependent on a feed from a 50 gallon galvanised loft tank, which was very rusty and calcified - with outlet valves inoperable and both hot & cold taps with very poor flow rates. Dave took out the J&S, installed the Worcester in a more convenient under-the-stairs cupboard, ran underfloor piping, installed the radiators, removed redundant piping, cylinder & pressure vessel, replaced the broken house stop cock with a lever valve, and connected up the hot & cold supplies, which now have excellent pressure. He was very thoughtful and meticulous with cutting lifting floorboards, and his soldered copper pipework is elegant. Inevitably he encountered a number of obstacles (there are no house plans or drawings) and in consultation with Adrian came up with pragmatic solutions. Dave finished the job by actually replacing bricks where the J&S flue had been so there is no sign of the original hole. Dave is extremely courteous and every morning would tell us what his goal was for the day. He left provision for expansion should we decide to convert the garage. Dave's last day was a Saturday, and on Monday we received the Worcester Bosch Guarantee. Definitely a 5-star implementation.

Mark the gas engineer did an outstanding job installing our new Worcester boiler and central heating extension. At all times, Mark's workmanship was of very high quality, despite a number of unexpected difficulties with the old existing system pipework. We are very happy with the new installation and the professional approach applied to the job. We would certainly recommend Fuller Heating's services and use this company again.

Excellent job by David at Fuller heating. Replaced by eol Ideal for a Worcester Bosch 32cdi compact. Professionally fitted to Worcester's specification and expectation. Adrian was the best price compared to many offering fixed price agreements that came with less of the recommended installation steps. Very happy I got peace of mind with Fuller heating. I would definitely use again.

I’ve used Fuller Heating for about 15 years for both installation and servicing. Not wishing to go into detail, which would be similar to other reviews, I must say that I was impressed with David’s work which was carried out with military precision. Every step was carefully planned and executed. The old oil boiler was removed, new gas condenser boiler fitted, gas pipe located under the floor and piped to the boiler. Power flush, it was amazing to see the brown water turn clear and all the sludge, which contains iron particles, collect on a large magnet. The whole process took about four hours for a 3 bedroom house and 50 year old radiators. The final action from a caring company was a large bouquet of flowers and a note saying "Enjoy your boiler". Fuller Heating is local to me in Ewell, Epsom. They provided a competitive quote, scheduled the work and completed on time. Despite being a complex job removing an old system, tank, cylinder, flues etc the professional engineers carried out every task efficiently, socially distanced and with masks. Two men over 3 days to complete at short notice. They were efficient and very clean. Work was explained and carried out to cause as little as possible inconvenience.

From the visit to advise on a suitable boiler, to the quote, to the installation of the boiler all was efficient. Excellent timekeeping, installer was friendly, considerate and very tidy.

They installed a new central heating boiler and an addition radiator and carried out a system flush in two days at the estimated price and all is working well. This company has looked after my heating system in other properties of mine and always been efficient.
