Some of my underfloor heating zones are not heating up, when I check the manifold the flow rate is at 0. But I cant adjust it at all, additionally the actuators on the return valve don't seem to be opening when I adjust the thermostat. They came out the next day and managed to diagnose the issue

Excellent service from Platinum. Our boiler broke so we called them. Rob came out quickly and gave us a fair estimate for the work. Sam did the boiler replacement and system flush. Very good service. They came when they said they would, fixed the problem within an hour, and charged the price quoted. All round, a good experience. And the two guys who came were very polite.

The plumber came today explained clearly what he was going to do. Fitted the new part. Explained other options as toilet filled slowly. Fixed leak all good very helpful and I would recommend them.

An efficient and effective annual service was carried out on our Combi Boiler. A welcome reminder was previously provided by the office, and Rob arrived on time and was professional, courteous, friendly, and helpful throughout the visit. Rob is always highly communicative and provided full details of the work to be conducted. The work area was left tidy and clean.
