He kindly checked out a drip in my toilet bowl and explained what the problem might be and how he was going to try a relatively simple fix first to see if that worked without incurring greater charge for replacement parts at that stage and then if necessary could return if further work was required. Checked my radiators as part of the service and found a dud thermostat valve."
