On this occasion my boiler was serviced, the engineer arrived on time, communicated with me what he was doing and the work was completed as necessary. Boiler area was left in a clean and tidy state. I have used Gasworks on very many occasions for various issues and have always found them to be prompt to attend and all their work has been of an exceptionally high standard. My house presented with many unforeseen and complicated plumbing issues when I purchased it and these have all been resolved by Gasworks. Their engineers are very pleasant and helpful.

The work on this occasion was a boiler service. It was done just as you would hope. The engineer arrived at the time we had booked, the work was done very considerately (our boiler is in the middle of our hallway so we were coming & going a lot around him, but this didn't cause any problems), and no mess at all. The booking of the appointment, and invoicing afterwards, was easy and efficient. Gasworks have been working for us for around four years and every piece of work has been to the same excellent standard - our boiler installation, boiler services, and a few other things. On a couple of occasions we've had leaks (not from any of their work, but from older plumbing) and they've come round quickly, and sorted the problem sensibly without trying to suggest lots of expensive / unnecessary work. All their engineers, and their office staff, have been unfailingly friendly and cheerful. I couldn't recommend Gasworks highly enough.

Gasworks offer a great service. They are always polite and courteous from point of office contact to their super team of engineers who come out and carry out the work. They are clean and tidy and extremely thorough. I would highly recommend

Installation of new pipe work for central heating and hot and cold water supply plus new radiators. The company is very professional. Provided full details and explanation of the work to be carried out. The work was completed to a high standard and within the timeframe given.

I am a pensioner and had been ripped off badly by other companies in the past until I found Gasworks. I had a very bad slow leak in my downstairs toilet that had caused a lot of water damage. Carl found the leak and fixed it and also checked for other leaks. He was very courteous and considerate and cleared up afterwards. Carl is an excellent plumber which, in my experience, are hard to find. I have also used their Electrician, Oscar who is also excellent and I have used this company to have my boiler serviced every year (this year by Michael) and I can highly recommend them all. Great company and very helpful.

Carl was transparent, told me exactly what he was doing and why and provided a professional invoice. Carl and Grant were efficient, courteous and worked well together. They were reassuring, always welcome when it comes to gas and water! They checked everything and left my home tidy and the work successfully completed. I recommend them.

I phoned Gasworks Plumbing and Heating with what I suspected was a random failure of my boiler's flue fan. Michael, who annually services my boiler, was able to divert to my home at the end of the day to confirm the fault. A new fan was ordered immediately and was fitted 'first thing' the NEXT morning. I consider this to be excellent+ service, carried out in an expert manner. The office/admin staff are also worthy of note for friendly and efficient job handling and invoicing. Thank you for minimising the disruption to our heating and hot water at this cold time of the year.
