Eamon has done an excellent job on my drive with C35 concrete. It is obvious he is an expert in his field and I would rate him as 10/10. He is reliable and honest and would definitely recommend Eamon and his company to others.

Insist they identify and fix the underlying CAUSE (a leak, blocked airbricks, poor ventilation, failed pointing) before agreeing to an injected damp-proof course, and ask them to explain why simpler fixes won't work.
Get the diagnosis and an itemised quote in writing, and be wary of pressure to sign on the spot for a long 'guarantee' that is only worth anything while that firm is still trading.
