Very quick to respond and to carry out the work, done to a high standard and very easy to deal with
TH Ball Roofing provided me with a free quotation, which entailed getting up on the roof to investigate the problems, taking photographs and discussing the issues with me and providing a couple of options. The quote was fair considering on the amount of work that was necessary. I agreed to the quote and the work was carried out to a really excellent quality a few days later. I feel confident that a good job has been done and it has come with a ten year guarantee too which is reassuring. I would definitely use TJ Ball Roofing again should I require some work to be carried out on my roof or guttering. Very pleasant experience, absolutely no mess, very little disruption and so efficient. Thank you Thomas.
