The gentleman arrived at the time he said he would. He explained what the problem with the washing machine was. He then continued to fix the problem, cleaned up and made good the area he had worked in. I found him to be polite,tidy.

Rhys was very helpful with my dishwasher repair. He came out to assess the machine promptly and advised he needed to source a specific part. He kept me informed every step of the way and assured me that if the new part didnt result in a working machine there would be no charge. He came back a week later to fit the part and all has been well since. Very polite, helpful and didnt make any mess at all. Gave an honest opinion and was not pushy like other trade workers I have worked with. Would definitely recommend.

In the first case, it turned out the leak was not in the washing machine, but in the stop tap and Reese told us a plumber was required instead. He did not charge us for this assessment of our problem. In the second case, he assessed our cooker hood and researched the replacement part needed. He thought, and we agreed, that the cost of the part was so much that we were better off replacing the unit. We appreciate his honesty and knowledge and he was polite and punctual as well. Would recommend.

Installed a Dishwasher and was excellent from start to finish ! Would highly recommend this young man .

Rhys was really helpful when fixing my fridge, turns out it was my fault initially as to why it was malfunctioning but he put extra things in place to stop the same problem occurring again which has really helped me out!

Hired out for a washing machine repair. Trader was polite and easy to talk to from first point of contact. When he arrived he was punctual and very friendly explained issue without over complication and was able to repair appliance on first visit. Overall an excellent service, would recommend.

Turned up promptly and sorted out our Bosch built-in dishwash in 30 minutes or so. Turned out mice had nibbled away at the insulation under the machine and it had jammed a sensor switch. While he was here my wife asked if he could take a quick look at the door on the oven which had dropped a bit and he did that too in a few minutes. Very good value for fixing the dishwasher and didn't want anymore for the oven. Will definitely recommend to friends and will use again if needed. Thanks for the great service!
