This is very bad builder, the works not much, it already took very long time (1 weeks's works can't finish for 4 months) and finally went away and left the works unfinished. The works was on halfway and then everytime asked them to come to complete the works but everytime have excuses not able to come on that day. Agreed items on thier quote, they found excuse to omit like impossible to do like that but when they gave the quote before commencing the work they did not say that.
