An Excellent Service
An excellent service. Thank you Ross. Our Vaillant boiler had been losing pressure for some time. Having not had great experiences with plumbers and heating engineers in the past, had put off looking for a new one to deal with this problem. Thankfully we found Ross who worked quickly and cleanly, diagnosing and repairing our boiler (including going to get the required parts). Ross is polite, friendly and professional. He explained everything to us. We shall use him for any future needs and have already recommended him and his value for money service to friends.

I highly recommend Ross for boiler installation. He provides excellent work at a very competitive price; work was done to schedule and communication was good throughout the process. Boiler Install + 9 thermostatic radiator valves
Ross is personable, obliging and knowledegable, happy to take time to assess needs and advise. Installed boiler with new flue hole and gas supply pipe plus 9 thermostatic radiator valves. Chemical Flush, followed by corrosion inhibitor and balanced radiators. Knows what he's doing, minimal fuss and made every effort to minimise the mess. Excellent time-keeping. Competitively priced. Clearly enjoys what he does and is good at it. He will returning for other jobs and for yearly boiler servicing.

Boiler & shower repair
Have known Ross for a few years now. He has done a number of jobs for us. Installation of Aqualisa digital processor, shower valve, and boiler service. Really nice bloke, prompt with communication & fixed all issues effortlessly. Our go-to plumber!

Replacement electric shower
Ross did an excellent job replacing my electric shower. He listened to what I required and fitted the new shower with the minimum of fuss. He was thoroughly professional and the charge was very reasonable. And all completed within 2 days of my initial call! I'll definitely use McGregor Plumbing & Heating again and would highly recommend him.

Great work!
I was recommended to use Ross McGregor for some major plumbing work at my house, dealing with a large water leak. Ross was brilliant and so helpful and knowledgable. I really can’t recommend him highly enough to deal with any sort of plumbing or heating works. All in all, a great job done and great work.

Professional, knowledgeable and great service
I recently had an issue with low pressure in my central heating system and through Which? Trusted Trader contacted McGregor Plumbing and Heating to resolve it. I am extremely pleased with the service they provided. Ross was prompt, arriving exactly when he said he would, keeping me updated by text on his arrival time. His expertise was evident as he explained the possible causes of the low pressure and the steps he would take to diagnose the problem. What stood out the most was Ross's professionalism and friendly demeanour. He spent the time required to test out the system and when it became clear that there was a leak in the pipework in the concrete floor, advised on several ways I could try and locate the leak more precisely. I highly recommend McGregor Plumbing and Heating for any central heating issues. Ross's knowledge, skill, and excellent customer service made sure that I will not hesitate to use him in the future.
