“I am very happy with the new roof that Michael has fitted it looks great. Everything about the work was highly organised and completed within the week. His lads swept out the gardens and the drive every day no mess whatsoever! They even swept out next doors drive every day I also have a written warranty for the work and only paid at the end of the job which I was very happy to do. Easy to recommend to anyone.”
“I struck lucky with Michael ! I had paid a deposit to another company to do the roof after they had been putting leaflets in the street. but then my daughter recommended getting a second quote from Michael as he had done her roof ten years ago Michael came out and had a look at the roof and did me a written quote that was much cheaper than the other companies quote so he got the job and the new roof has been done now with no mess or fuss and looks great. My daughters roof still looks brand new and its 10 years old !”
“Michael has replaced the roof on my rented out house, he was easy to find as he lives a few doors down from it! I received a very detailed and professional written quote which included all the materials and the methods used to install the new roof with the full price and the written 10 year warranty that was available. I had 3 roofers out to quote and Michael was the only roofer who provided a fully written quote and warranty! The job was completed with no fuss and I am very happy with the finished job. Michael has replaced my roof and next doors roof and removed the chimneys on mine and next doors roof all at the same time. Also both the porch roofs where replaced. We are very happy with the work completed and the new roof has transformed the look of the house to brand new so very happy to recommend Michael Cookson Roofing

Michaels team have just repaired slate eaves and guttering on one of our commercial rentals. Another brilliant job no fuss just great results as usual. Michael has done all of our roof repairs for years now and in that time has done quite a few new roofs for us too. I have never had any problems with the work and I can happily recommend this business.
Great company, michael was the only one who actually turned when he said he would, the only one who actually got up on the roof and had a look, he also double checked by getting up in the loft as well. His quote was less than the other 2 by over £200 and he did the job within 3 days of me asking him to get it sorted, cant fault this company and very happy to give a recommendation. Phillip Stokes

Brilliant job from Michael Cookson Roofing. They have replaced my roof this week and it looks great. I had 4 roofers out to quote and Michael was the only one who provided a full written Quote and a contract with a full written warranty I have been able to insure the warranty with Quality Mark Insurance, all of which was arranged by Michael at no extra cost. The whole job has been done immaculately and the gardens where swept out at the end of every single day. I am happy to recommend Michael Cookson Roofing if you are looking to get your roof replaced.

I had 2 roofers out who both said I needed a new roof and said it could not be repaired because of its age (like me I thought to myself!) Michael came out the following Saturday after I had called him to ask for a price to replace my roof, he turned up as promised but straight away asked why I needed a new roof, I told him I had 2 roofers out and they both had said I needed a new roof Michael, very honestly I might say, said the roof was fine and only needed some repairs he did me a written repair quote to replace some damaged clay tiles and to re cement to ridge tiles and the next week (today) he has been and completed the work with his worker Aza who got stung by a wasp on the roof!!! Very canny lads So thankyou Michael and I hope my review serves you as well as you did me Eileen Cramman
