We have squirrels under our solar panels! Ian initially came out and did a quick fix to see if that would do the job (he was unsure if it would, but wanted to try it as an option first) - he also refused to charge us for this. As he suspected, we needed to call him out for further work and he rearranged his diary to ensure he fitted us in swiftly. Very nice, honest guy and would recommend him to everyone.
