“We had signs of rats 🐀 under the floor and getting into a cupboard under stairs. Quickly and easily arranged a visit with their office. Identified rats coming in via damaged sewer. Put bait down, advised who to contact water company and sent report which you need for anglia water. Cleared blockage and did more visits to check back and re bait. Super helpful and reassuring only wish could get the same service from water company to repair their sewer...lovely genuine bloke. Thank you.”
