J&S fitted our new bathroom for us at the end of July and they did an absolutely fantastic job. They executed what we asked for flawlessly and all the work was completed to a very high standard. Tom was excellent and a really nice guy - very accommodating, flexible and understanding and definitely puts customer service first. Will definitely be using J&S again in the future and would reccomend their services to anyone

I bought a Victorian property that needed a fair bit of work, every room stripped back plus a wall removed with floor layout reconfigured. I had quotes from 3 builders, all came via recommendation, but pleased I made the decision to go with Pinnacle. I’m very happy with the work by Paul, Tim and the team. They were very progressional and pleasant to deal with throughout and their workmanship is of a high quality. I would happily recommend them and would 100% use them again for any further work

Highly recommend Paul and the team. Our loft conversion planning and building process was smooth, stress-free and we're delighted with the results. We ended up paying pretty much exactly what the quote was initially, which was worked up together with Paul and was very detailed and clear. The quality of the work is very high, and communication throughout the project was clear and easy. Everyone who works with Paul is friendly and hard working - even working Saturdays and Bank Holidays to get work done in the good weather. The work itself was amazingly fast as well - with no unexplained or unnecessary delays. The thing that we got with Pinnacle was a complete trust in everyone we worked with - in the quality and the people.

Tom and Bob replaced my boiler. They were very nice, they turned up on time, got on with the job and did a great job. Tom adapted my shelf so I wouldn't have to remove it and they took old boiler away. Very informative and good quality work.thanks.

J&s are just brilliant! Always use them wouldn’t go elsewhere. Boiler playing up Saturday they visited Monday and new boiler was installed Tuesday. Excellent advice given re the issues with the old boiler and that it would be more cost effective to put in a new one ( 15years old so wasn’t surprised!) Thanks Tom for being great
