I have used several plumbers over the years for various businesses. I only came across Pleasant Plumbers recently but they have been by far the best and the only one I will use going forward as they are punctual, transparent and not a rip off! I recently had some boiler work done and I'm very satisfied.

Carried out a power flush, replaced leaking valve, replaced radiator. All done very efficiently.

Our boiler stopped working over the weekend. I contacted Ash who was able to identify the problem over a few WhatsApp calls, turns out one of the electrical units was faulty he picked up the piece on his way over and fixed it right away

Ash contacted me in advance of his visit for a full boiler maintenance, in order to inquire about the specific model so that he could be prepared/bring any relevant parts. He arrived on time and set out to work in a clean and diligent way. When he was done, we had a conversation of what he had done and likely future needs. No sharp intake of breath or mumbo jumbo! I received a certificate by e-mail the day after his visit. The invoice was also electronic and settlement online took seconds. Ash was also personable and very easy to deal with, before during and after his visit. Highly recommended. When asking for an estimate, simply check if VAT is included or not.
