Rang the trader, they quoted £90/hr. The price changed to £140/hr. Trader arrived and said a cartridge needed replacing, I provided a replacement from a newer model. Despite the fact that one of the three cartridges had already been swapped out previously with this exact set he said it wasn't possible to swap the second (??) and quoted £1400-1500 to replace a shower mixer (!!). I would not recommend.
Plumber Charlie arrived on time and did the work really well. Even sealed up the washbasin for me which was a nice added bonus
Helped me figure out a good solution for an emergency plumbing
Engineers was diligent and efficient and was happy to explain what he was doing. Customer service from company courteous and well organised
They were fast, professional and straightforward. Pricey, but that's what you pay for a good service.

Great and reliable service
Had a number of bad plumbers who couldn’t fix the leak. Chris came diagnosed the problem worked hard and fixed. Intelligent on point and done a great job fixing the leak.
Good communication and were able to come out a day earlier than originally expected. Work completed quickly and to a high standard.
Plumb London were kind and helpful on the phone in a very stressful moment! Lee arrived on time, worked quickly and explained everything he was doing in a clear and friendly way.
I had radiators replaced and a hive installed. Simon was friendly, competent and punctual. Initially the hive didn’t work correctly, but Simon returned the next day and successfully rectified it.

I have been a very satisfied repeat customer of Plumb London for several years. This year, their gas engineer Peter attended twice in October. On the 1st visit, he carried out annual maintenance on the boiler and a radiator check. We discussed shortening the boiler's outside pipework which had frozen during a very cold spell. The installation of an extra part to allow that was carried out on the 2nd visit, when Peter also fixed my blocked bath tap and changed the (4) filters on the reverse osmosis system in the kitchen. I offered an instruction booklet, but it was not needed. As on previous visits over a number of years, I was very happy with the service. Communication was excellent both by text, phone and email. One visit had to be postponed, but it wasn't a problem. Having Peter working in the house was a positive experience and I thoroughly recommend both him and Plumb London.
(1) I requested a quote to include a hot water cylinder of a certain size, in order to fit within a confined space. But their quote included a larger cylinder that would have forced me to change my plans. (2) I requested a second quote, for a combi boiler with no cylinder. They did not provide this. Instead they provided a list of pros and cons of combi vs. cylinder. Nice, but not what I had asked for.
