“Adrian and Eddie phoned us out of courtesy about half hour before arriving. They quickly assimilated the issue and started work straight away, dealing with a problem that many others hadn’t addressed. They discussed in detail what work had been done and how we could carry out some of the faults going forward. Extremely impressed with their work ethic and knowledge and would recommend them to others.”

Adrian installed a new radiator to our extension, and once the heating was turned on, it became apparent that he failed to connect the radiator properly, which resulted in water damage to wall and floor. The paint peeled off from the wall and requires redecorating. I really do not understand how a qualified plumber cannot successfully install a radiator. Do not use.
