They came the same day I contacted them and dealt with the issue very quickly, and the cost was very reaconable for the work they carried out. The two workmen were very pleasant and I would have no hesitation in recommending them which I have already done to my next door neighbour.”

Great work

Jack really helped me out with replacing a shower arm that had broken off in the wall. He repaired some damage left by a previous plumber who had tried and failed to fix it, and completed the work quickly to a high standard. Friendly from start to finish, and clearly proud of the good work they do. I'll be using R G Austin again for some improvements I have planned.

Job done smoothly

Despite an initial hiccup with their IT system which meant they were unable to receive web enquiries, contact was made via other means. I employed the services of RG Austin to remove an old hinged bath screen and replace with a new fixed one in a rental property. RG Austin liaised directly with my tenant, even working out of regular working hours to make the job go smoothly.
