Purchased a Pride Colt. Had lots of queries and questions. Nicky was not only very friendly but very professional. She made the whole process very simple but also guided me through the payment via WhatsApp. Good communication throughout and delivery was in 8/9 days. Well done and thank you. I might add I had searched the internet extensively and couldn't find a better price.

Excellent service

We had been looking for a lightweight powered wheelchair for my husband that I could lift into the car and that was robust enough to be useful for a very long time. Nicky, Regan and Stuart at Chingford Right Mobility went above and beyond to find a solution. The 1st couple that they demonstrated for us at home were too difficult for me to get into the car but they researched further possible options and came up with the 12kg Drive Aero Carbon Powerchair. This has been excellent, it folds like a manual wheelchair, making it much easier for me to get it into the car and at 12 kg is light enough to be manageable. It also has attendant assistance which helps with any tricky kerbs. It’s excellent for hospital visits, shops and places with smooth surfaces. It’s not an ‘off-roader’ but it does what we need it to do and it has transformed our experience of going out in the car, having previously been reliant on a manual wheelchair. Excellent service and advice

I have been looking for a recliner chair for some time and found the service and advice given to me by Right Choice Mobility so helpful when there are lots of options to choose from. It was very helpful to have the different motor options for an electric recliner chair explained, and also to have the different costs and styles available to see and know about. All of the information regarding price, delivery and maintenance was very clear and I am very happy with my purchase.

Disappointing service

Stairlift service was carried out satisfactorily but it needed some parts which we paid for over the phone and subsequently needed a refund. This has not been received and the shop has been avoiding us despite numerous calls. I would advise not paying for anything unless you have an invoice in advance as this has now become virtually impossible for us to resolve without it and stressful at the same time. Update - Since writing the review we have received a partial refund of £50 out of the £110 we paid for 2 items not received.

Very satisfied

After thoroughly researching for a power wheelchair, I decided the Meyra Optimus 2 RS suited my needs the best. Trying to find a supplier was another matter; most wanted to arrange a home visit to assess my needs (up sell in my mind) or quoted 6 -10 weeks delivery. My search on eBay brought several results; Right Choice Mobility offered the exact model at the very best price with two/three day free delivery. It was a ” no-brainer “ so I bought it straight away. A slight hiccup delayed delivery by several days but Right Choice kept me informed on the progress. The chair arrived boxed and on a pallet and I was highly delighted when I opened it, it even had a complimentary hold all fitted to the back of the seat. My experience dealing with Right Choice Mobility has been very positive with a very satisfactory outcome.
