“I cannot fault the service these guys provide. I was very impressed how quickly they replaced my 98 year old mums gas boiler at very short notice .Everything from job quotation to finishing the installation was completed within 4 days . They were very polite and considerate to my mum , and took care to keep her house clean and tidy both during and after the job was finished . The installation was very competitively priced . A very professional company and would definitely recommend them to family and friends.”

We screwed into two water pipes on Friday night and after leaving a message at around midnight for a call back in the morning we had someone over by midday Saturday! The guy that came over was lovely and explained everything he was going to do before doing it. He was so quick and made sure everything was working 100% before leaving. Would highly recommend to anyone! Thanks again for your help
Fixed a broken value on water cylinder, quick and efficient work and very knowledge. One of the only plumbers to get back to me and were able to come out the same day to fix it which was really appreciated. If you're in Medway give them a call.

I have used this company before and on each occasion have been very happy with the work and with the very helpful and professional staff that they employ. Highly recommend this company for excellent service in all respects. I called in the morning requesting an appointment for a boiler service plus some radiator issues and was told there was availability later during the day which was perfect for me. ( had expected to have to wait for availability) LUCA and SID were polite and pleasant and took the trouble to explain everything and answer all my questions thoroughly. The price for the job was what had been quoted and was very reasonable . They respected my property and left everything neat clean and tidy. I am an older person and have sometimes felt a little vulnerable with unknown tradespeople but this was not the case with this company. Really decent guys - many thanks to you both.
Had tap cartridges replaced for both cold taps in the bathroom which were heavily limescaled.. Conner arrived a couple of hours after phoning and explained my options clearly. He had to go out and get the parts and was back within 20 minutes and fitted the parts. All good... I will use this company again.
