Rob responded to the call out the same day and identified the issue within minutes. The part was ordered that day. Once the part arrived, rob was quick to call and schedule an install time and date. The installation was quick and flawless. Highly recommended for any plumbing and I will certainly keep with Rob in the foreseeable future."

Replace plate heat exchanger in ideal boiler. Boiler is a combo and was not provider heated water and a heat exchanger was replaced.
