“I called Plumbers Ware about a faulty shower at my mother's house. Louis was able to come out a few days later. Rather than needing to replace the shower mechanism, as first suspected, Louis found that that an airlock in water system was the problem. He was able to clear it quickly and the shower was flowing properly again. He also found a faulty ball valve in the water tank in the loft while checking over the system. He was able to replace it quickly, avoiding a potential flood at a later date. Louis communicated clearly, arrived on time, explained very step, and completed the work quickly and efficiently. We were delighted to have everything working again and would definitely have Louis back again.”

I originally asked Louis to address an issue with my boiler, which had remained undiagnosed by various previous traders. Despite this being an intermittent problem, Louis was happy to come back on numerous occasions when the issue was occurring to diagnose the problem and ultimately resolve it. Louis has also undertaken a number of other non-plumbing related projects as it transpires plumbing is just one string to his bow.

Very straightforward with booking time with him. He was in good regular communication with his schedule. Louis was very accommodating with time slots and working around our young family.
