New boiler installation
Video estimate worked well, Mark was very helpful in discussing options. Our boiler installer, Will, did a great job, staying all day and into the evening to troubleshoot some issues and to install TRVs on some of our radiators. They came back shortly after to tighten some weeping valves, so great customer service. A great experience all round.

I've used SLH for several years now. They turn up when they say they will, are knowledgeable and friendly. I've had services and repairs by John, and a boiler replaced by Will. I can highly recommend both of them.

In 2025 I had a boiler installed by this company. All went well, good customer service, speedy telephone replies. Agreed at the time to have a boiler service a year hence. This year, 2026 I have been attempting to contact south london heating ltd as arranged with them a year ago for my first annual boiler servicing. Very disappointed to say that the service offered has deteriorated enormously. My emails have been left unanswered, telephone contact is via an AI assistant who has booked two appointments for the servicing to be carried out , only for nothing to have happened, no one arrived, no servicing carried out. Asking for a call back by a human customer service member elicits nothing from the company. so that I do not void my new boiler waranty, I have been compelled to find an alternative company. i shall no longer use South London heating ltd. Sad for a company which once had a which? mark of distinction. I give 1 star rating but wish I could signify 0 stars

Top quality customer care across the years
I've had South London Heating work on my property for the last 4 years - initially for a big replacement of the heating system, and subsequently for boiler services. This year, John visited again to service the boiler and unvented cylinder. He called ahead to say he was overrunning on a job by 30 mins - no problem and more communication than many tradespeople would give! When he arrived, he got on without fuss, passed on some tips about keeping the system in tip-top shape, and within a few hours issued the service certificate by email. Booking the service via email was easy, and invoicing is all done digitally with payment by card for a seamless experience. I remember Mark from my installation, and he's built an excellent brand that I'm happy to continue using and recommend. As I start to think about pivoting my house to renewables in future, I know who I'll call, and it shows how forward thinking SLH are that they're investing in their people to be able to install systems like heat pumps and air conditioners rather than just relying on gas boilers as their cash cow - they can see the way the wind is blowing.

A great team at SLHeating
Mark came to see us within 2 days of my call to the office of SL Heating & suggested a combi boiler to replace our old one & said I would receive our quote that day which we did & once we agreed to go ahead & paid our deposit our installation date was agreed for 2 days from our visit/quote date & George turned up at 8 am to start our boiler installation. He explained what he would be doing & answered any questions we had & started work & he worked hard all day to get our new boiler installed & took away all the boxes & our old boiler & kept the area clean. I would also say how nice Kerrie & Lucy have been I’d I’ve called the office at SL Beating they answer any query & are always very friendly. It has been a great experience of great customer service from start to finish & I would recommend SL Heating to family & friends.

I was told by British Gas the boiler was beyond repair. I had been expecting this for a while. I called SLH on Friday last and within half an hour, they had arranged a video walk around the installation with the tenant. I then had a quote straight away. I then had another quote shortly after with a slight variation and a slightly cheaper price. That was a first! The engineers arrived when they said and worked later than normal given the job was not as straightforward as was first thought. The tenant said they were friendly, efficient and clean working. I have managed and owned, service businesses, albeit in Telecoms. So I know what customer service is all about. Your team is a credit to your company. Well done.

Efficient, professional and helpful
After being unexpectedly cut off from our gas supply by our gas network provider, we found ourselves in a difficult spot with no gas for cooking, cleaning, or heating. South London Heating stepped in to help us navigate the frustrating process of dealing with the gas network provider, offering clear advice and guidance to us, so we could ensure the other company took responsibility for their parts of the remedial work. Once that was sorted, South London Heating quickly and professionally completed the remainder of the work needed to reconnect us. They kept us well-informed, worked efficiently, and left everything spotless when finished. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again and highly recommend their services.

Hot Water Valve Replacement
Emailed South London Heating Ltd on bank holiday Monday as hot water wasn't working. Received an email back Tuesday morning with an appointment time for today, 30th May for 3.pm. Rung by Engineer asking if he could come early as next client wanted to delay, so arrived, immediately diagnosed fault, gave me a quote for the part, then replaced the valve all in under half an hour. Engineer was very pleasant and helpful. A good service.

Replacement of boiler and hot water tank
South London Heating replaced a gas boiler and hot water tank for a mid-sized terraced house. Really good work, completed over 2 days, exactly as per their estimate. The guys made sure we had hot water before they left on the first day. Clear communication throughout, there's always been transparency around cost of different options. When we had some small issues with radiator performance after the works had been done and paid, the firm promptly responded and came to the property twice until the issues were fixed. Would highly recommend South London Heating.

New boiler installed My previous boiler broke down and could not be fixed. This company came out promptly to quote for a new boiler, Mark honestly explained all the options, and I liked that there was no hard sell or pushy sales tactics. New boiler installed a week later on 15th April 2024 by Gus and no issues since. It was really easy dealing with this company and very easy to actually speak to a human. No annoying long winded call centres. I would definitely recommend South london heating.

This was the third time I've used South London Heating, this time to replace old radiators and add a towel rail. The work needed was assessed and I received an itemised estimate and time frame which I accepted. The office staff were friendly and accommodating. The engineer arrived on time, worked really hard and the job was completed within a day. He left the rooms tidy and as he had found them and was helpful with the questions I asked. I've had no problems with the previous work they've done for me and would recommend them to anyone.

The South London team installed a new boiler, smart thermostat and 5 radiator valves for me. They did a great job and tidied up perfectly afterward. But that's not all--what stood out even more was the value (price equal or slightly than other providers) and tremendous service leading up to the work, from several different members of the team. First, several other suppliers never even responded to my request for quotes. Second, I had a lot of questions about which boiler to purchase, which they always answered promptly and clearly; and they were very flexible arranging and rearranging service dates to accommodate my tricky work schedule. Finally, they never went for a tough sell, they won my business by being knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them.
