St. Edmunds Windows and Doors

Time wasters and very poor customer service! We had a visit to measure up our windows and doors within 24 hours of enquiry and sales director advised quotes to return to us within two working days, pleased up to this point. We are now 21/22 days waiting for the quotes, multiple promises for the quotes to come across during that time and around 7/8 days ago confirmed all three of the quotes were back but seem not to want to send those still? Very peculiar and unprofessional.

I would highly recommend St Edmunds. Nothing seemed to difficult. We searched and spoke to many different companys before commiting to any one. We was keen to use a local company so decided to use St Edmunds. We was very indecisive when it came to knowing what we wanted. Gavin the salesman made life easy made changes at a drop of a hat and wasn't pushy just to get the sale. When it came to Installation no job was to difficult, the installers were friendly, continually commuicated with us, didn't rush, and completed the job to the quality expected. Overall a good allround experience.

We had new windows and doors installed in our home. From the first phone call, I knew I had made the right choice. Jason from the Sales Team visited and was very knowledgeable and thorough. Once we received the very competitive quote, the process was really easy and quick. I'd received a call from the team prior to work starting. Dave and Carlos were fantastic. They were clean, efficient and the windows look amazing. Cannot rate this company highly enought.
