“I would highly recommend jimmy at stow air conditioning , we had out loft converted 8 years ago and had him install air con in the bedroom , we were really pleased as it’s been so hot so decided to have air con in our living room , it’s a really quiet unit , space saving , fits in well with room , doesn’t look out of place even fits with dado rail , really happy 100% , no mess all done in 2 hours , we and the dogs will be now be cool when it’s boiling and we can use it for heat in the winter 👏👏👏”

I called at 16:50, excepting to arrange a visit, instead he came straight over as I was local and he just finished. Clearly knows what he's doing for the intial walk through of what I wanted and gave some welcome suggestions. Details sent over with some specifics and cost within a week. No pressure on next steps and open to questions whilst we decided who to go with following everyone's quotes coming in. Once booked, surprisingly only a few weeks wait, based on both our diaries, but he gave me sooner options than I expected. Keeping it on my schedule. Work was done swiftly, care was given to keep the inside clean, not damage surfaces or walls. Outside everything is neat, similarly no damage and everything was tidy. Clean enough, don't expect it spotless from them, but there was some small plastic and cable bits, likely caught in the wind. Service explained, fully tested and welcomed questions, including checking a day later all was well. Very pleased!

Gary was super helpful understanding our house and getting to the right solution for what we needed. Result is 1) something that looks great and 2) that works well for is needed - we have a very large room hence needed maximum power output. Gary also not afraid to give his view on what would be best suited, and even if that costs a little more, the guidance was sound. Nice liaison with our electrician too who prepped everything in advance so the install was simple. Quick and efficient install from Gary and team, unit arrived the day before so everything worked seamlessly from that respect. Thumbs up and have already recommended Gary to a few friends.

This will be the third time now we're had Jim install our air-conditioning units and I couldn't recommend him enough!! Fantastic, brilliant, efficient and such a lovely man. Will also have him come to service our units every couple of years. So very reasonable to.
The contractor was very polite and kept all the areas dust free as he worked. The whole process was complete in under two hours and Jim was very helpful in setting up the app on my phone and meticulously showed how the system worked. I have kept his number and will be referring him to friends and family. The house is so cool and comfortable now and we cannot thank him enough.
