"We received very professional service from the start, when the surveyor came out to assess and estimate the work required and the cost. The team who came to do the work were excellent, took great care to protect the floors throughout the house leading to the loft. They stopped the insulation job part way through so that some urgent electrical work in the loft could be completed. They consulted us about where the platform boards were placed over the insulation and did a very neat job, enlarging the loft hatch, fitting a new door, ladder, and handrail on the platform. All left clean and tidy."
