We had an underfloor heating issue that needed fixing. We called this company and someone came to inspect the pipework and system and told us they could fix it. They made 2 inspections in total. We booked in the job and paid for the materials upfront with the labour to be paid upon completion. Firstly, they delayed the job start date by approx 3 weeks and then it turns out all the materials they purchased did not fit and actually they had no idea how to fix our problem at all! After 2 out of 3 days of their job it was clear they were making no progress and would not admit they could not fix it
