David was the consummate professional; he gave me very sound advice and fitted my new lock quickly and efficiently. I wouldn’t hesitate to use him again and I highly recommend him.

I initially contacted Dave via telephone to get an estimate for replacing garage lock as I had lost the one + only key I had. Dave gave me a quote _ was happy for me to get other quotes. HE was cheaper not by much but I decided to give the job to him because he was very polite - perfect attitude over the phone + he answered call promptly. He was just as polite and such a lovely person when I meet him.
Service was excellent. Very courteous and helpful on the phone. Promptly answered the phone and agreed a suitable time. He arrived and the job was done.

A very quick response to the call-out, a professional diagnosis of the problem identified a broken lock mechanism. A replacement part was available from the van and the job, including adjustment and lubrication of the whole locking mechanism, was completed in about an hour. Excellent workmanship.
