Bogdan came out to repair a faulty mechanism in our front door lock. He was respectful of our home and explained clearly the work he needed to do. He quickly identified the problem and replaced the lock. Would not hesitate to recommend.

I had to call lockfit as my back door was jammed shut, Jacob came out the same day and got it sorted very quickly, he was very professional and friendly and even popped back the next day just to sort out another little problem, I would highly recommend Jacob and the price was very good.

I locked myself out on a Sunday night and called a locksmith who ended up being a scam. The technician quoted me $500 with fake fees, and the next morning I was locked out again with no keys. Then I called Bogdan from Urban Locksmiths. He was professional, kind, and honest. He fixed the locks quickly, gave me three sets of keys, and truly cared about doing the job right. I can’t recommend him enough. If you need a locksmith, he is the one to trust - a man who does the right thing.

Bogdan from Lockfit Kensington did a fantastic job at changing my locks as requested with care and attention. Communication was efficient and everything was agreed with the price after the initial consultation. Bogdan was flexible in accommodating the job and also did some additional work with some carpentry. Everything was dealt with by Bogdan and he was a pleasure to work with.
