After being without heating and hot water for 10 days by a cowboy on another tradesmen site, I went to Trusted Traders and found Scott from RS Heating. He very kindly squeezed us in a few days later, for which we were immensely grateful. Sam came and fitted our boiler and cylinder and he was on the job for 12 hours. Both him and Scott stayed late into the evening to get the job done. Sam and Scott are a thoroughly friendly and professional pair, clear up after themselves and are very neat and tidy. They also came back a few days later to tweak our new system, fit a condense pipe, fit a shower attachment and a kitchen tap. As my title suggests, they really are The Dream Team. I will not go anywhere else now.

Scott and Sam upgraded our 20+-year-old boiler, relocating it to our garage. The work also included rerouting and hiding a whole bunch of previously visible ugly pipework, connecting our extension with a mains cold water feed, doing first fix for a washing machine in a new utility room, replacing some outdoor taps, and upgrading a few radiators. From Scott’s first visit to quote I was filled with confidence. The quote was competitive, and the quality of the work top notch. Communication was excellent throughout. Friendly and tidy. A couple of unforeseen issues were dealt with quickly and without fuss. Can't recommend more highly.

After having a bad experience and being badly let down I went with Which Trusted traders and found this excellent company RS Heating. Sam and Scott changed 4 radiator valves for thermostat controlled valves and installed a three port valve. We are really pleased with their work, very efficient, polite and punctual and all done at a very reasonable cost. I will certainly recommend them, which I have already done so, and will use them again if the need arises.

R S Heating replaced our faulty/ageing combi-boiler and ageing, old-fashioned and inefficient radiators. They were professional and friendly throughout our dealings with them. Correspondence with Scott and Lucy by Phone/email/text was prompt and excellent, from the initial quote visit and email quotation by Scott, our subsequent questions and quotation revisions with Scott and Lucy, a call from Lucy the day before the job to confirm arrangements, then a post-completion follow up call from her to make sure that we were happy with the work. The work was completed by Ben and Scott within the estimated timescale, to our satisfaction and at the quoted price. We are very happy to recommend them.

Scott offered a competitive quote and we felt we could trust RS Heating to do a quality job. The work was completed on time and with no fuss to a good standard and we feel that we can rely on them for servicing and support in the future. Lucy organised everything very efficiently from the office and also called the day after to make sure everything was OK. We would highly recommend this company as a very satisfied customer.

Scott and his team replaced our boiler and radiators. They were all very easy to deal with - would turn up when they said they would, responded to messages promptly and were courteous in person. Lucy was on top of the diary. The work was completed to a high standard - we are pleased with the new boiler, water pressure and radiators. Scott came to the house several times to talk through options, and before the work started to double-check. The house was left clean and tidy, and the team have been prompt at returning for some minor snagging. If we hadn't just had everything done, we would have them back!

We had a new boiler fitted, plus a towel rail put in to replace a small radiator in the bathroom. The team were excellent - professional, friendly and made sure they left no mess. Definitely recommend this company, and wil use them again if we need anything.
