I had a new boiler/heating system installed in a small flat. I can't fault the work of Richmond Park Plumbers. They provided a clear quote and I met them at the property and went through everything with Tim who was patient with my questions/concerns. After a slight hitch from the energy provider providing the gas meter the works were not finished but it was not a problem for RPPs. They popped back the next month and brought this job home. Special thanks also to Bianca in the office for excellent customer service, always cheerful and responding quickly to any concerns and questions. Thanks!
Our boiler wasn't working due to low pressure so we called Tim's mobile on a Friday night after 7pm. Tim explained how to fix the issue over the phone free of charge, saving us a call out and the associated cost. Very friendly and helpful! Thanks Tim!
