Jamie You won’t be surprised at this review as you have had many opportunities for you to make things right. But you choose not to respond. Eventually after three visits fixed a leaking coupler in a stake pipe. After first visit still had a leak which lead to water going down and causing water damage to flats below. Still required two more visits to fix. And in the end I was told point blank they wouldn’t be coming back to fix the plaster board as apparently Jamie had not paid the plumber he sent to do the job. I would avoid at all costs as initially thought they were great and even recommended and don’t be fooled. Jamie and Ray you got my number and please feel free to get in touch if anything I have said is incorrect.
When I initially requested the service, you quoted £70 for the work. Based on this, I agreed and provided clear details of the job, including attached pictures to ensure there was no misunderstanding. However, after completing the job, you presented me with a bill for £270 — nearly four times the original quote. Your explanation was that I did not describe the job properly, but I believe this is unfair. I provided all the requested information and photos beforehand to avoid any confusion. If the scope of work was underestimated, I should have been informed before the work began, not after completion when I was left with no choice but to pay a much higher price.
