Insurers sent out a leak detector who did everything he could to try and find a leak… couldn’t find one. I decided to try a new plumber, finding Des on here. “Des was fantastic from start to finish. My toilet cistern unexpectedly cracked in half and water leaked everywhere. It was a terrible and very stressful situation. I spoke to a few plumbers before finding Des, and from the first call he was reassuring, knowledgeable and very patient with all my questions. He replied quickly, looked at the photos and specifications I sent, confirmed that I had ordered the right replacement toilet, and told me he would take care of the additional parts needed. On the day, he arrived punctually as agreed, carried the heavy new toilet upstairs, fitted everything, cleaned up afterwards and took the old toilet away for disposal. What really stood out was his level of experience. He clearly knows what he is doing, worked extremely fast, but without compromising on quality. That gave me real peace of mind. He also guaranteed the work and said he would come back if there were any issues. I am very happy with the result and would definitely use Des again. Highly recommended.”
“Des arrived within the scheduled time slot and got on with the work with professional efficiency, the boiler was in a tight cupboard in the kitchen which made the repair difficult. Des still managed even with the difficulties and clean up after himself. He was personable and explained what he was going to have to do and why he was doing keeping me informed throughout the process. I would happily recommend his services to anyone that needs a boiler repair done professionally and quickly.”

Des came to fix my bathtub plug which had an issue, even though parts were needed, Des was finished very quickly and left everything tidy! I would 100% use again and recommend
