Emerald Kitchen Bathrooms Refurbishment

Max agreed to fit two extra towers to finish off my kitchen. He understood the bespoke nature of fitting these towers as they needed to be cut to fit under a stair case. The interiors also needed cut and fit. He also moved a down light which other fitters refused to do. He was super punctual and worked diligently all day to get the work done asking me as he was going along where I wanted the shelves. Max is a really nice guy who is proud of what he does and he does it really well. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend him if you need work done in the kitchen.

Emerald Kitchen Bathrooms Refurbishment was unfortunately recommend by a decorator who is very good. The job isn’t level or matched up. He told me on my reaction to the work that I never told him I wanted it level… He said I should have told him I wanted the hearth level and flat. He said customers tell him if they want there worktops or bathrooms fitted level. So as I didn’t specify I wanted it level then that’s my problem. Before he excepted the job I sent him measurements, and detailed pictures of what he was turning up to. Then he gave the quote of £400. He finished the job in one day. When my decorator came in the next morning he told me he has said to him when he was laying it that it wasn’t right. I would be careful of hiring Emerald Kitchen Bathrooms Refurbishment as he has this morning told me the reason the tiles don’t match or the hearth isn’t level is because I wanted it cheap. £400 daily rate is not cheap, however I agreed the quote as I assumed it was going to take two days… tilers tend to be around £200/250 a day…

Max was extremely knowledgeable and professional. In the days leading up to the project, he was very helpful in responding to my numerous questions to confirm the materials I needed to get. I really valued his insight to give me confidence that I was buying the right things. He quoted 4 days for the work but actually finished it in 3 days. He was punctual and very tidy as he worked. I’m super happy with my finished bathroom - it’s totally transformed, especially when you compare the before and after photos. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Max.

Max did an excellent job reconfiguring our old bathroom into a bathroom/laundry room, which included retiling and plumbing. He’s efficient, listens to what you want to achieve and his workmanship is very good.

Max at Emerald Tiles is excellent. He does all the DIY tasks we need doing when we ask. He is professional. courteous and hard working. We feel at ease with him doing our DIY tasks. He is our first choice and whatever we need doing we call him first. He completed a variety of jobs for us on this day that we cant do. He rebuilt a front garden wall, replaced a security light. Fitted an outside security camera. Changed a socket and put up a new washing line for us. He also put up 'No Parking' signs and protective moulding to my wall on my short driveway. It's such a relief having Emerald Tiles. Max has in the past fitted a new kitchen and bathroom for us (2021l) and refurbished my dining room, halll stairs and landing and lighting there. He is worth his weight in gold. Makes our lives better knowing whatever maintenance issues we have we can call him to attend to them. We feel safe and confident using Emerald Tiles (Max). He is respectful and puts us at ease.

I'm beyond pleased with my new kitchen thanks to Max! SuperDuperMax is a just nickname as not many traders can refurbish on their own a kitchen in a week's time (without any help at all!). Plumbing? Ticked. Electrical works? Ticked? Tiling and worktops? Ticked. One man for all, a professional , courteous, punctual and hard working trader, Max has been meticulous and attentive as well as extremely tidy. I'm really glad I found Max to refurbish my bathroom last year and I had no second thoughts to choose him for my kitchen. His rates are fair and competitive but most importantly he's trustworthy and I've recommended him to colleagues and friends (who struggle with multiple traders for a single project). If you're looking for an experienced professional who loves his craft and can deliver timely, look no further!

Max has been absolutely brilliant! What started as a simple tiling job turned into the whole refurb of 2 bathrooms and some electrical work on the side because I was so impressed with his workmanship. His attention to detail is second to none and I would gladly recommend him to anyone. 5 stars!!!

I used Max from Emerald Kitchen & Bathrooms to do my Bathroom before and he did an amazing job on that and this time he did my kitchen and he completely transformed it, it looks amazing!
