I have used Hitgas over the last 18 months for a variety of jobs such as a blocked toilet, fitting new radiators and a new boiler. I have always found them to be reliable, helpful and very knowledgeable. Chris and the team always give a first class service, and go to the extra mile. Personally, I would not use anyone else.

Our 20 year old boiler was assessed in advance of a new one being fitted. Nick our engineer and his colleague, were polite and respectful. They arrived promptly on both days and kept me informed of all that was happening. Clean & efficient job was completed in 5 hours. All was left tidy and clear.

I had a bit of an emergency with a boiler that wasn't working, so no heating in January! The lovely Sarah in the office arranged for the team to come round within hours and Chris and Jordan were lovely, efficient and kind. Hitgas are now my go-to plumbers.

My daughter, who lives a little out of area, had a boiler malfunction!! She called in a local plumber who only wanted to sell her a new boiler, which she felt was excessive. She called dad in to help, and dad called Chris at HITgas - who I have used before. The pump was the offending part, which was replaced, and cost a whole lot less than the previous boiler quote. We called out Hitgas to service our boiler. A fantastic service from Danny and we will definitely use them again. We were so impressed we asked them to book us in for our boiler service next year. If you want service like it used to be do not hesitate to contact Hitgas.

I have known Chris since he started his company. He came knocking on my door, trying to drum up business because either he was going to lose his job or did not like his new employers. I admired him for that. Since then he or Danny have serviced my boiler, always efficiently, friendly and clean. We needed a new boiler and there was no hesitation Hitgas would do it. Gerry and his apprentice Jordan were the fitters. Gerry assessed every part of the job before starting and having started explained in detail to Jordan what had to be done and how. They started early finished late always clearing up and putting there tools away. After the job was finished, Chris phoned to make sure we were happy and we certainly are. Alan Dawson
