Charles was professional, friendly and reliable. After a bad experience with another company, it was a relief to find someone who is trustworthy & offering good advice. He really went above and beyond with helping me to understand the boiler issues & to ensure I was happy with the service. I would highly recommend him!

Brilliant!
Charles has visited two different properties for me over the past couple of years, each time he has been very professional and done a great job. He has also gone above and beyond helping me in his own time to to liaise with the boiler manufacturer and offer to review some boiler photos of a property we were looking to purchase. Highly recommend!
Very professional
Charles was recommended to us by my sister as he carried out repairs on her boiler. He recently serviced and repaired our boiler too and was very professional, good communication, and very clean and tidy! Would definitely recommend and will certainly call on him again for future boiler services and any issues. Thanks Charles!

This was a routine boiler inspection but there were additional issues that I asked to be checked. The price was very reasonable and the work swiftly carried out. Charles was very polite, friendly and offered some very helpful advice. I asked for some more details after the visit which was supplied almost immediately. I will definitely be using his services again and would recommend him to friends and neighbors.

We were very impressed by Charles' work fitting a new shower and converting it from electric to plumbed-in, with very neat pipework. Would highly recommend.

High quality work and efficient
Resource Heating were excellent to work with. We had a completely broken boiler and urgently needed it replacing and moving upstairs to a loft space. Charles from RH was not only quick but also thorough, fixing many mistakes from the previous installation. The works were well-priced and communication was clear throughout the project and RH made sure to leave the site tidy - I highly recommend working with them and will do so myself in the future.

Charles fixed two taps and mended some sink issues that I was experiencing. He came on the day that I called him and was flexible in moving his day around to accomodate my emergency (sink was leaking and had potential to cause further damage). He was super on board and went the extra mile to help me out. He came and sorted it all out and even did a return visit to make sure everything was completed correctly. The whole experience on my part felt very effortless, as Charles did most of the 'heavy lifting' for me.
