Very happy to recommend
Plumberoo serviced our boiler in early January and picked up that the expansion vessel and PRV needed replacing. The quote was very good value for money and also included a quote on the gutter on our pitched roof which needed to be refitted. We are very happy with the work done and highly recommend the Plumberoo team.

Great same day emergency service
We have a problematic kitchen pipe that blocks up every few weeks or months. We usually clear it ourselves, but it just wasn't happening this time. I wanted someone to come and clean it out properly and immediately. I called Plumberoo and that's exactly what they did. The plumber (Jacob) had it cleared and draining within minutes of arriving, and stuck around to give it a thorough clean and even made sure the dishwasher drained OK before he left. Great service and will definitely call them again if I'm in the same situation. Highly recommend.

Occasional smells from the waste inside the house
I was at a loss as to what was causing this. I contacted Pumberoo and Chris reacted quickly and was there at the agreed time. He got straight down to it and pin pointed the problem, a blocked external drain. Some further work needs to be done but I have every confidence in giving it to Plumberoo. I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Plumberoo to future customers.

Outstanding!

Plumberoo came to my rescue when a bathroom fitter (from a different company) removed my bathroom suite then didn’t return! I messaged in the evening, Chris responded and an appointment was arranged for the very next day. Billy came, he was professional, respectful and did a great job. It didn’t feel rushed but also didn’t feel like he was trying to drag it out. He fitted the shower and screen and also sorted the bath which was creaking following poor workmanship from the other company. He fixed that within minutes. I’m very grateful as that would have driven me mad! Without a doubt, I would recommend Plumberoo and feel pleased I’ve finally found a reliable, local plumbing service in case I need them again! First class service
I have used Plumberoo on a couple of occasions, most recently to repair a dripping tap and the flush mechanisms in two WCs. It was easy to arrange an appointment online, the plumber turned up on time, was clear about what needed to be done and how much it would cost, and took his time to ensure the work was done to a high standard, as it was. Short notice emergency drain unblocking - excellent
Today I discovered my drains and drain run were totally blocked with sewage - so blocked the mess was beginning to come up into the garden via the kitchen waste. Called needing someone immediately as there is a vulnerable adult in the house and the fumes were appalling. Within about 2 hours, Pat came round and unblocked everything, checked the flow was moving properly, took photos and explained things to me. Very friendly and easy to communicate with. Very professional in attitude, clear in his explanation as to the causes. Would definitely call again.

Fourth time using Plumberoo and would happily recommend! A** service
This is my fourth time using Plumberoo, and they do not disappoint. They are very responsive, solution orientated, practical and friendly. This time the issue was a leak from a pipe under one of our kitchen cupboards which had caused our boiler to stop working. Plumberoo sent out Henry to investigate, he came to our flat that afternoon, and was able to diagnose the issue and fix it then and there. This involved him going into the boiler and troubleshooting, before pulling out our washing machine to find and fix the leak. I have also had Chris attend jobs, and both he and Henry are personable, polite, reliable and solution orientated. They also do their best to leave the place looking tidy, and to provide practical guidance.

We now have hot water!!
Plumberoo came and installed a new boiler in our home. They were professional, timely and knew exactly what they were doing. The old one was extracted with minimal fuss and replaced for a far superior model at a reasonable price. The work took a full day but Chris remained dedicated and hard working throughout.
