"Eres was excellent - I had a bathroom, text him in the morning having found his recommendation from a neighbour - he responded quickly to say he'll come round the same afternoon, had a look at the issue. Came round as promised, diagnosed the problem, and bought a new part same evening. Came back at time agreed next morning and fixed everything. Very friendly, personable and trustworthy. Will be my go-to guy from now on!"
