Regular, reliable boiler service
BeeXpress installed our boiler nearly 10 years ago and has serviced it ever since. We've always had the work done by early autumn, and this year we had it done during the heat of the summer (when we didn't need it for heating or water). We had to change our originally scheduled appointment but BeeXpress found a slot for us just a couple of days later. Ben, the "B" in BeeXpress, is efficient, thorough, and always friendly. We can rely on Ben to do the job right. That's why we've gone to BeeXpress for other plumbing work as well. We can absolutely count on him. (He's also the nicest guy.)

Professionally organised but issues in execution
Professional and helpful from an organisational perspective but let down by execution in particular but not only by a leak in the pipework following the moving of a radiator. Having said that they were responsive to addressing the leak and ultimately the work was satisfactorily completed

Repair of Leaking Radiator
Ben called in the evening, despite being on a training course during the day; and quickly fixed the leak on the radiator inlet. We had Ben's help last year for more substantial plumbing work, including a new tank in the loft. He is quiet and friendly. He takes the time to analyse plumbing problems accurately. He is very capable and we trust his judgement and advice. We have no hesitation in recommending BeeXpress.

Thorough and professional boiler service but appointment arrangements could have been better
A thorough and professional boiler service followed up by a brief verbal report on site and then a more detailed written report subsequently on the same day. On the more administrative side of things - 1st appointment was cancelled by them with short notice and 2nd time there was mixed messaging as to the time of the appointment and inaccurate notification of arrival. Having said that they were easy to contact by phone and responsive to emails. The boiler was "paid for" as part of a monthly service contract payment and overall the service contract seemed reasonable value for money on the basis of a minimum call out requirement once a year plus annual boiler service. Overall and notwithstanding the appointment issues, I would certainly recommend then.

Unbeatable...
I first met Ben in 2017 and numerous times between then and now. I was very impressed from the start, and have remained impressed with the honest and efficient service Ben has provided and the perfect fitting of a toilet seat! The real-time tracking so that you can see exactly when Ben will arrive means that you are able to use the time of the appointment efficiently and is far better than a surprise! I have now switched to a service plan as a reflection of the trust for the service that Ben provides. BeeXpress is a business that deserves to be in business and that gives me peace of mind.

Leak repaired really promptly
I woke up to no power on a Monday morning caused by a kitchen tap leak tripping the power. Within 24 hours Ben had been to the flat to tighten the joint to prevent further damage, and made an appointment to return to put in a permanent fix within two days. All work was priced beforehand and the quote sent over to be accepted before any work was done, so it was completely clear how much the cost would be. I couldn't have asked for a better service. Reliable as always!

The Best Boiler Service in London
BeeXpress are fantastic. Ben and Chris were excellent — knowledgeable, professional, and clearly cared about doing the job properly. Paige and the office team did a fantastic job keeping in touch and making sure everything ran smoothly, which set the tone for a great experience. This was easily the best boiler service I’ve had in the last four years. It was more thorough, more honest, and far more valuable than anything I’ve received from other providers. Highly recommended.

Service that is reliable, efficient and friendly
Ben of BeeXpress does the annual maintenance and servicing on our Intergas boiler, which he installed in 2016, late every summer. This has prevented us from needing repairs during the rest of the year, especially during autumn and winter. In addition to giving us confidence that we'll have central heating and hot water (to supplement our solar water heating), Ben is friendly, makes us feel that there is no problem too large to resolve and takes the time to answer all of our questions, and makes sure we understand how to get the best from our system.

Very impressed with the professionalism both the administration and work itself. Good transparency on timeframes and fees for the work. Appreciated the thoroughness of the work even though it was "just" a boiler service

Installation of new Vaillant gas boiler.
Our old boiler (33 years old) failed in early April. Ben from BeeXpress arrived promptly and spent a long time trying to repair it. This included tracking down spare parts no longer readily available. In the end it was evident that a new boiler was needed. Ben suggested a Vaillant model because the boiler had to be fitted in a very restricted space . He arrived on the 16th April and finished the installation in two days as promised. He worked very professionally but was always friendly and willing to explain technical matters in a way the layman could understand. The price was probably not the cheapest but I feel we had a "Rolls Royce" service.

Ben came for our annual boiler service, showed up on time and covered all the work needed with as little mess and fuss as possible. He also took the time to explain about heat pumps as a future possibility after I mentioned it. Our invoice was sent in a timely fashion and communication was excellent as usual. Would always trust BeeXpress with any of our heating and plumbing issues as well as our annual service.

Mr. Ben's work in our flat was done to a high standard – he was meticulous and knowledgeable, as well as being a most pleasant, friendly and hard-working individual. Everything that one could wish for in a plumber. The cost was reasonable and conformed to the estimate which had been provided beforehand by Judith, who kept us fully informed at each stage. We would happily recommend his work to everybody.

Over the course of a few agreed visits, Ben carried out remedial work on our aged central heating system and a power flush and replacement of an old radiator. We are very satisfied with the service from BeeExpress. The engineer Ben was punctual, friendly and helpful. He explained what he was going to do and also gave us a clear and transparent run down of the issues found and the proposed fixes. He also gave us further recommendations. The work was carried out with great care. Judith in the office handled all the administration efficiently and in a friendly and helpful manner. A very professional, efficient and friendly service and we have no hesitation in recommending BeeXpress.

We were recommended BeeXpress by a trusted builder and could not be more satisfied with their service. The engineer Ben is kind and polite, at every step he explained what he was going to do and also gave a clear and transparent run down of the issues found and fixed and further recommendations. All work was carried out in a very methodical and meticulous way with great care to the property and the site was left spotless. Administrative backup from the office was equally speedy, friendly and efficient. We were sent a detailed costing before agreeing to any further work including an estimate for the time it would take which was met exactly. The engineer arrived precicely at the arranged hour and we had received a call to notify us of him arriving 45 minutes before arrival. Professional, efficient and friendly service all round.
