Replaced a leaking shower. The diagnosis was excellent and the estimate was detailed and helpful. As the work progressed we were kept informed about new problems uncovered, and the likely cost of fixing them. The work was carried out in good time and the quality was first-rate. They were scrupulous about clearing away the mess and minimising any inconvenience. Always communicative and keen to get our feedback. This was an awkward and unrewarding (top floor) job, carried out with cheerfulness and efficiency. We have already recommended them to friends.

Tony installed a new Viessmann boiler in my house and also did some additional work to replace radiators and radiator valves. The boiler has a 12 month warranty. He did an excellent job, completing the work to the agreed schedule and estimate. He left the house clean and tidy each day and kept me informed as the work progressed. Had a fantastic experience with Anthony from Bourne Heating & Plumbing when he replaced a radiator in my home. He arrived on time, was considerate of my property, and carried out the work swiftly but to a high standard. He was extremely professional, clean, and tidy throughout. His pricing was competitive, and he even took the time to offer helpful advice on checking the boiler pressure and bleeding the radiators if needed. My Viessmann boiler (Vitodens 100-W Compact) had stopped working. After four central heating engineers failed to properly diagnose and resolve the problem, I contacted the Viessmann Company. Their engineer diagnosed a blocked heat exchanger and recommended a power flush. The Viessmann engineer put me in touch with Anthony Sawczuk from Bourne Plumbing. Anthony's magnetic power flush was highly effective - the boiler started working perfectly immediately after the flush, and a new heat exchanger was not needed. I could not be more grateful to Anthony and more in awe of his expertise.

Tony supplied and installed a new 170L indirect Megaflo unit as a replacement for an existing one and made essential alterations to the domestic hot and cold water system. He also serviced our Veissman boiler. This is not an easy job to do as the mentioned meglaflo unit was large and very heavy, especially when it was carried upstairs! However Tony carried out all aspects of work without any complaints and worked late into the day to ensure that the works were finished to a high specification. I have nothing but praise for Tony and the skills and professionalism he brings when carrying out and completing a job. I have used Tony for many, many years and will continue to do so and recommend him for all heating and plumbing issues.
