Des Quinn Plumbing and Heating

Des arrived within half an hour after I explained my problem with the water tank. He accessed the loft and did some work on the tank which now is much quieter than before. He told me that he would give me a call a couple of days later to see that all was well, which he did this morning. He also offered to return if there were any further issues. I was reassured by Des' professional attitude and his ability to deal quickly with this issue. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

Des was honest, friendly and prompt. Work completed with minimal fuss, conducting all the necessary checks to diagnose the situation and remediate it. Definitely would recommend and use again.

Called Des at 830am on a Saturday, by 9am he was with me and 1035am work was completed. This included a quick trip to the store for parts! Couldn't have been nicer, more professional and will definitely call again! Thank you.

I found Des on the internet on a very busy day when our boiler broke on the coldest day of the winter. It was difficult to find someone to repair it because everyone was was. Des was brilliant - he came very quickly and sourced a part later that day. Despite it being late in the evening he arranged to be able to pick up the part from a shop and came at 9.30pm to repair the boiler. We will be using him next time we need plumbing work doing.
