Had a leaking tap that needed to be replaced, and the plumber did an outstanding job. He arrived on time, was polite and professional, and quickly identified the issue. The replacement was done efficiently and with no mess left behind. The new tap works perfectly, and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. Des attended and fixed a blocked drain I had been advised by 2 service providers would require opening up floorboards to remove the blockage. I am very impressed with the service he provided and happy I sought his opinion

Des arrived within half an hour after I explained my problem with the water tank. He accessed the loft and did some work on the tank which now is much quieter than before. He told me that he would give me a call a couple of days later to see that all was well, which he did this morning. He also offered to return if there were any further issues. I was reassured by Des' professional attitude and his ability to deal quickly with this issue. I would use him again in the future if necessary.

I had an issue with my water pressure. Called on a Sunday and he answered instantly with a less than 24 hour fix. My taps are now working brilliantly. Friendly guy too. Definitely recommend and would use again if another issue arose.

Replaced 2 leaking ball valves in tank in the attic. Service was excellent.

First class service from Des Quinn Plumbing and Heating to change a kitchen tap and fix a problem with the sink. Des quickly diagnosed the problem via WhatsApp, told me the parts that were required (even offering to pick them up himself!) and sorted the issue with great skill. Throughout the process communication was timely and crystal clear. I’ll be sure to get in touch with Des for any future plumbing needs and would certainly recommend him to friends and family.

I called Des due to a pressure issue on the boiler . He replied within 10 mins and popped in the next morning. Impressed with his speed for sure . Des identified issues with my old pipes and changed as required . Also putting in a safety leaver to switch the water mains off . Really a must which I didn’t have! I had a question later on in the evening and he always replied swiftly , even offering to pop over to show me regardless of time . Des is a very personable and professional plumber who perseveres when a job is arduous and will not give up until the job is done. As he says, we don’t do failure.
