Very reliable and friendly service

I was recommended Adam by my new neighbour and am so happy to have found him, I've had two boiler services conducted by Adam and Harrison now and both times I've been very pleased. They are both very polite and efficient. Adam goes above and beyond to fix any job, however small, I've been able to rely on him a few times now and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him and his team.

First time using Adam but it won't be the last!

I had two small jobs (leaking outside tap isolator and stiff isolation valve on dishwasher). No luck with several other plumbers (job too small, probably) but Adam came along and replaced the offending items very quickly. He is a very professional and diligent worker whom I would thoroughly recommend. He arrived on time, did the work for the agreed price and I am very satisfied. In addition, he is clearly a very genuine chap who takes pride in his work.

An Excellent Experience

We had our boiler serviced and thermostats installed on our radiators. He was a recommendation via a friend who had also used him. Adam kept me informed about the appointment, had all the relevant parts, worked cleanly, thoroughly and gave good advice when we asked for some. Boiler now running like clockwork and we cannot fault him. Definitely recommend him to others and we will be using his services for the next service.

Bathroom installation

Create For You recommended Adam Wright (Evolution Plumbing and Heating Ltd.) He gave very generously of his time at the planning stage, demonstrating a wide knowledge of available products, which was very reassuring. Apart from this and his own excellent skills he project led a team of: builders/carpenters (Create), plasterers, a tiler, an electrician and decorators. Some of these traders were known us from previous work. They each specialised only in their particular trade. They were all very professional conducting themselves with consideration in the home. The sequence of work was very well timed and the standard was excellent. In addition, Adam's aftercare was very professional and supportive.

Absolute star

Adam came to service the boiler in the new house we just moved into. He found a number of issues and went out of his way to fix each and every one of them all the while taking the time to explain what the issues were and why they happened. Really appreciated. Absolute star.

Excellent - our superhero!

Adam saved the day! After some minor works by another (less qualified) plumber, the mains cold water supply to our bathroom became blocked leaving us with pressure so low that the cold water supply to everything (the bath, shower, toilet and sink) was down a dribble. Before we found Adam we were told we would need to spend nearly £2000 having the floor tiles ripped up or the ceiling in the living room below damaged to fix it. But Adam saved the day (and our bank balance) by sorting the problem within a couple of hours, without any of that added stress and upheaval. Adam was recommended to us by both a neighbour and another friend. He was quick to respond, polite, friendly and reassuringly confident in his work. We will be using him again and would not hesitate to recommend him.

Refused to make good on minor damage to wall

Adam was quick to respond and did a substantial amount of work fitting a new boiler and required fittings in a short space of time. Unfortunately when fitting the boiler he cracked a small amount of plaster on the other side of the wall, (noting that in truth it was either an error on his part or a risk of a thin wall - impossible to tell) Disappointingly this was seen as my issue and he refused to make good, considering how minor the issue was this was pretty disappointing customer service and wouldn't fill me with confidence if a bigger issue would have happened.

Fantastic service

Adam and his colleague fitted a new boiler for us. They were incredibly efficient - the work was completed on time and on budget. They left zero mess. I was particularly impressed with their customer service, as they are very friendly and approachable, taking time to explain anything we didn’t understand. Their follow up in terms of sending us documents relating to guarantee etc was great, I’ve never been so organised! Our house is so much warmer now and we intend to use Evolution for all future plumbing and heating work. Highly recommend.

Excellent Service

We have used Evolution in the past and always had a great experience. Recently Adam and his assistant Harrison came and fitted a new boiler for us. Throughout the whole process they were first class. The work was carried out very professionally, in a Covid safe way, with minimal disruption to us. The boiler works perfectly. We would definitely use Adam again, I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Professional boiler replacement carried out quickly

We had a conventional boiler system replaced with a modern combi system. Adam came round quickly and gave us sound advice on a suitable boiler, coupled with an easy to use wireless thermostat. He was very professional, and managed to carry out this complex job efficiently in two days, minimising disruption and taking account of our future kitchen replacement requirements. He even left some extra spare parts to make life easier for the kitchen fitters. The result is very neat, and the system works perfectly. He was very pleasant and helpful, patiently explaining the various components and controls to us. All in all, Adam did a top quality job for a fair price and Evolution Plumbing & Heating would be our first call for any future heating or plumbing jobs.

Install Halcyan and Insinkerator

Adam was booked in to install a Halcyan water conditioner and an Insinkerator. He arrived on time, installed everything as expected and left the area clean and tidy. Would thoroughly recommend, thanks Adam

New boiler, rads & smart thermostat - all in one day

Adam and his team sorted us out with a new boiler, all new radiators and a Nest smart thermostat all in one day. They worked around us whilst we were both working from home which was highly appreciated. We are very pleased with the work, the boiler is so quiet and the rooms heat up much faster than before. Adam's communications were great throughout, he answered all our questions and recommended to change some of the radiator sizes to better suit the rooms which has worked out really well. The price for the work was also very reasonable.
