Sol fixed our boiler in the evening on Boxing Day! We have a very young baby so the prospect of having no heat or hot water even for one night was a daunting one. Sol was quick, friendly and got the job done.

Sol went above and eyond in resolving the issues that followed the installation of the new boiler. Sol gave me a good quote for a boiler service and his comms before coming over were good - I needed him to do some other jobs including changing a tap. He turned up on time and completed all the work satisfactorily. When I got home from work the day afterwards the pipework was leaking where he's connected it to the new tap and had been for several hours. I isolated the leak and called Sol, he agreed to come back in the morning. So he did turn up and fix it but I was surprised that he thought the leak was not his fault, blaming existing pipework he didn't warn me about originally. Take care.
