We have had our gas boiler serviced by them every year since and we have had to call them out to deal with various other heating problems. Each time we have been very satisfied with all of their work and helpful advice. We had to call them out at the end of last year to fix a leaking radiator valve which was affecting the water pressure on the boiler. Again all work was expertly done.”

Great service.
We were looking to have a new boiler installed last year, plus some extra work following an insurance claim. Rhodes were recommended to us by a colleague, and they gave a very competitive quote. Jon completed both jobs to a very high standard, on time and on cost. We have just had the first annual service for the boiler and a Gas Safety Certificate issued, again by Rhodes, and again the service was first-class. We have now rented our apartment out while we are out of the country for 3 years, and have left instructions for the tenants that in the event of any issues they can contact Rhodes directly to deal with it, because we know they are reliable and trustworthy. I would have no hesitation in recommending Dale and his team to anyone looking for any kind of plumbing or heating work.

Good work, reliable, helpful and good value
Very pleased with work i have had done (twice), lastime investigating and repairing leaking toilet and other bathroom repair work. I found the company very responsive and was pleased with detail and quality of work carried out. They made a big effort to find me an early appointment when our toilet began to leak. I recommend this company.

Washing machine installation
We always use Dale and his team for our plumbing jobs - they're reliable and trustworthy and always sort us out. Recently they came to install a washing machine after the delivery people said it was too complex a job, leaving us in a pinch. They came at short notice and sorted everything out. Excellent service as always.

Excellent work with minimum disruption
Dale and John replaced three radiators that had corroded valve tails. Dale's advice was invaluable in selecting the replacements. Dale also replaced some piping and an old Magna-Clean filter. All the work was carried out to a high professional standard and I am very satisfied with the result.

Leaky tap
I’ve only used them once but they were recommended by a neighbour and lived up to the recommendation. The job was to repair a leaky mixer tap. The pragmatic and cost effective advice was not to attempt a repair but to replace the tap, which they were able to do on the same visit. The call out charge is not cheap but the service was of good quality.

Great work and left clean
The first appointment was to discover a leak from the loft. I was given a few options and good advice by Jon. He was very helpful and I subsequently agreed to replace the cold water tank and overflow. Jon brought an apprentice with him, they were on time and carried out the work satisfactorily and left the house clean. They were very pleasant. Highly recommended.

Quick, efficient and reasonable plumbers
Phoned on a Thursday for a plumber to disconnect my washing machine and put in a stop cock. Plumber came out on Saturday and was quick, polite and efficient. He also cleaned up thoroughly. Very reasonable price too.
